Q: My employee was pre-registered with my company but the default password doesn’t work.

A: Are they on the Sign up page instead of the Login page? If fields beyond just name and password are present, they’re on the wrong page! Head to the Login page and they’ll be all good.

Not the problem? Are they inputting their work or personal email address? They’ll need to use the work one. Does your company have multiple email domains? Try the other one/s...the pre-registered email would be what finance have on record for usually so it may not be the work email they use every day.

If they still can’t get in, simply Sign up afresh with their preferred email address, select Associate to Company from the dropdown menu and you will receive an email authorising them to join your Company.
